This place is gorgeous and wonderful, with a clean pool and a perfect beachfront location, friendly and efficient staff, and a fabulous pool bar that I truly enjoyed.

We ate at a good restaurant with a view. The location was excellent, and we could reach Dolphin Discovery by walking.

rooms very well.. Hydro massage and amaca... padrisimo.. pools and bar, good.. seafront location of 10.. In the middle of tulum and p. del carmen. bed of 10. The attention in general. well, quiet and very safe... Options to eat something else CHEAPER. close by. beach was good, Really to rest. 10.

Ok... Very expensive everything!. The price of the accommodation, personally, very overrated. Although I liked the rooms very much, it's a little "old" hotel. . The restaurant is very nice, but very expensive. VERY EXPENSIVE. At the beginning the person who attended me was very indifferent, but then very kind. The rich breakfast, but if you go like us only 3 or 4 days ... Maybe egg every day would not bother you. . I fell very badly the breakfast to the stomach... If you go more than 4 days, forget about breakfast... Put on a buffet, don't be miserable. . Five stars?. Nah... Overall it was a pleasant stay... We enjoyed ourselves too much. Although the hotel is crying out for a renovation, it is a good option if you find it on SALE, like us. Good luck!

The room is so chic and cool, with a big shower that has a hot tub right on the balcony. Plus, there's a comfy sofa out there too! Checking in is super quick, and the parking is conveniently close by. 🚗

Comfortable and great, caring staff

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Various swimming pools. Very well kept instalations, extremely clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast of good quality, however not buffet. Restaurant with a very good quality and variety of options. Delicious mexican dishes. Could be a little noisy in rooms facing the village. Excellent relation price/quality. Would be happy to return.

The staff here were very efficient and excellent, creating a special atmosphere; the suite was modern and well laid out with a nice bathroom.

The staff taking care of the desk and cleaning the rooms were great. The location is excellent with a good beach next door, restaurants and the dolphin enclosure so close.

The staff in the breakfast room were very slow and not very friendly. There was supposed to be wifi available, but it was very inconsistent in the rooms. You had to go to the business centre or the lobby to get consistent connection. The rooms on the restaurant side of the hotel have to put up with a lot of noise from one that has live bands. To move to the quieter beach side costs an extra $70 per night.

Came with my relative, everything was wonderful. Had exceptionally clean room with private bathroom and climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Liked this such wonderful stay on vacation.

The staff here was super friendly and attentive, providing great service, and we also enjoyed having a pool bar on-site.

Our room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with a safe, a mini bar, and an iron.

The food at this place is exceptional, and they offer complimentary drinks; the accommodations are spacious and well-kept, with large showers and handy amenities like computers.
